Requirements
What are the requirements to be a member?
There several key elements that must be met for a group to be
successful:
Confidentiality - Members must sign an agreement stating
that anything shared must be kept confidential;
Content - Members must come prepared to share a current
business case which they would like the group's input. A standard
format will be provided. Goals will be established and monitored
each month;
non-Competition - Group members will be from non-competing
industries;
Commitment - For the group to be effective, members must
commit to make the meetings and support each other. They must also
have a strong desire to work on tough issues facing their business
along with admitting they don't have all the answers and are
willing to get outside help;
Camaraderie - When the "masks" come off, members usually
find a deep and lasting camaraderie with others in the group.
Meeting Format:
Meetings are held once per month with 6-8 participants for 4
hours;
A one-on-one meeting will be held between the facilitator and
each participant during the month;
