Mike Harrell
Mike started Latitude Advisors in 2005 and since has worked with
over 25 businesses both in Chattanooga and nationally on issues
ranging from securing financing, strategic planning, organizational
development, sales and marketing direction, operational
improvement, and exit strategies.
Prior to starting Latitude Advisors, Mike was Chief Operating
Officer for Global Outsourcing, Inc, a holding company of 7 diverse
businesses located in the St. Petersburg Florida area. Global
provided innovative outsourcing options for manufacturing and
service companies requiring labor-intensive operations for both
domestic and international markets.
Mike has also held several positions with a division of Amoco
Chemical including Plant Manager, and Manager of Strategic
Information Systems. He also spent fours years with Coopers &
Lybrand, where he provided management consulting services to small
privately held firms and Fortune 50 companies.
Prior to joining Coopers and Lybrand, Mike was an Industrial
Engineer for Firestone Tire and Rubber Company.
He graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelors degree in
Economic Engineering Systems.
He is Past Chair of the Independent Business Advisors of North
America, a non-profit business and educational association.
In Chattanooga, he is Chair of the South Broad Redevelopment
Group, a member of the downtown Rotary, and on the Board of the
Downtown Council of the Chamber of Commerce, and a Board member of
On-Point.

Ronna Campbell
Ronna Campbell shares with clients her extensive
experience in the art and science of business valuations and exit
planning. She has more than 25 years of executive management
experience, including positions as CFO, Senior VP of Corporate
Development, and Chief Administrative Officer of both public
companies and smaller organizations. In addition to her background
in financial planning and management, Campbell has considerable
experience with mergers and acquisitions and today specializes in
due diligence projects, and mergers and acquisitions. Ronna's
educational background includes a B.S. in Business & Finance
from Auburn University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Nancy Corpenning
Nancy Chorpenning provides strategic, operational
and marketing advice and support to organization leaders and
key-player teams. Nancy brings 30 years of senior management
experience with Fortune 50 corporations such as Time Warner, as
well as with start-ups like WebMD, and non-profit organizations.
Her exceptional skills include the ability to diagnose performance
gaps, analyzing root causes and developing additional plans for
change. Chorpenning's top leadership roles with media giants Time Warner,
Times Mirror and WebMD combine with a superb marketing education
from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management to inform
her perspective. A recently-Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Nancy
remains active in community and business organizations,
facilitating CEO Roundtables, serving on the Board of Directors,
and serving as chair of Education for the National Association of
Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Atlanta, on the Small Business
Council of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and as Chair of
Stewardship and Finance for the Southeast Conference of the United
Church of Christ.

Ed
Engel has over 30
years of business management experience including turnarounds and
startups with focus on building high performance - high trust
cultures. Ed has served as Plant Manager, CFO, Operations Manager,
and President of various organizations. Ed is a CPA, and received
his Masters in Service Management from Mercer University. He is a
certified instructor of Franklin Covey Principle Centered
Leadership. Ed is the Principal of the Engel
Group.

Joe Schmid has over 30 years of business management
experience concentrating on change leadership, TPS / lean
operations, and developing high-performance organizations. Joe
earned his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Detroit. Joe is author of A Field
Guide for Observing the Leadership of Change.

Tom Bogan obtained his CPA certificate and served
as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors
for some of the world's largest entertainment companies.
Tom has over 30 years' experience designing simple business
structures and practical strategies that increase sales, reduce
costs, and grow profits.
